Joseph S. Wiesmeth

Joseph Wiesmeth is an honors graduate of LaSalle University and Temple University School of Law.

Attorney Wiesmeth has been the founding principal partner in his firm for over 25 years. In addition to representing a number of publicly traded corporations and financial institutions as general counsel, Mr. Wiesmeth's areas of concentration include all aspects of residential, commercial, and industrial real estate, fiance law, title insurance, zoning, planning, construction law, business planning, acquisitions and mergers, as well as litigation relating thereto.

Attorney Wiesmeth has been appointed to the Pennsylvania Land Title Associations Issues Committee and has been a featured lecturer for continuing education courses on various and diverse real estate related topics.

Attorney Wiesmeth is also a founding principal of Reliant Interval Solutions, LLC, and Saber Investments, LLC.
